Chia Seed Pudding

One of the best ways for me to stay on track of eating well is to pre-make my meals. I don’t usually eat breakfast but when I have a busy day of shooting ahead of me, I know I need to eat otherwise my inner hangry child will quickly set in and I will crash in the middle of my day. My career is reliant on me always being ‘on’ when spending time with clients so I can’t risk being ‘off’ when there is no excuse to be.

For those busy days, I love making Chia Seed Puddings for the am.

They’re quick, delicious, healthy AND they look pretty!

The 6 min breaky

Directions:

  1. Throw your hair in a bun, turn on this playlist, turn up the volume and shake your hips!

  2. Mix the withinUs coconut creamer + collagen with almond milk and water

  3. Mix and soak the chia seeds in the mixture and set aside for 5 minutes. Stir every minute.

  4. This is the most important step - GET CREATIVE! Layer your fruit and chia mixture. I put the heaviest fruit with the thickest skin on the bottom so it keeps it’s texture.

  5. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and add a handful of granola.

  6. Voila!

We’d love to see your creations, tag us in your post on instagram!
